Our non-surgical procedure is designed to specifically target and dissolve fat, leaving you with a more contoured and defined appearance. This cost covers 5 appointments (Injections to be administered every 7-10 days) Follow up appointment to be made at the end of each appointment One area of the body ONLY (fupa, upper abdomen, lower back). If you want to add an additional area it is an additional $150 ***DEPOSIT DUE AT CHECKOUT, BALANCE DUE UPON ARRIVAL TO APPOINTMENT VIA ZELLE AND/OR CASH ONLY***
Cancellation Policy
As a courtesy to our providers please provide a minimum of 24 hours notice should you need to cancel or reschedule an appointment. If a patient canceled or rescheduled with less than 24 hours' notice but more than 1 hour in advance will occur a $100 fee. No-shows, cancellations/reschedules made less than 1 hour before the appointment or arriving more than 20 minutes late will result in a $200 fee. Arriving late does not guarantee you will be seen. Service will be at the discretion of the nurse practitioner. LaChic Aesthetics understands that there are circumstances that may warrant a waiver of this policy. LaChic Aesthetics reserves the right to waive its Cancellation Policy at its sole discretion, on a case by case basis. Generally, a waiver of the cancellation fee will only be granted in the case of emergencies such as inclement weather.
