  • Do you take Walk-Ins?
    All service appointments must be scheduled in advance and we require a credit card to reserve your appointment. For reserving appointments we accept American Express, Visa, MasterCard, and Discover. Patients are responsible for providing accurate contact information and keeping their appointments.
  • What if I'm late?
    If a patient arrives 10 minutes late for their appointment, they may be required to reschedule to avoid disrupting the appointments of other clients. If you are more than 10 minutes late, we cannot guarantee that we will be able to accommodate your appointment. When we cannot accommodate your appointment, you will be charged a cancellation fee in accordance with our cancellation policy, as noted above. If you are running late, please call to see if we can still accommodate your appointment.
  • What's our cancellation policy?
    As a courtesy to our providers please provide a minimum of 24 hours notice should you need to cancel or reschedule an appointment. If a patient cancels or reschedules less than 24 hours prior to their appointment, they will be charged $100. If a patient fails to show up for their appointment without prior notice they will be charged $200. LaChic Aesthetics understands that there are circumstances that may warrant a waiver of this policy. LaChic Aesthetics reserves the right to waive its Cancellation Policy at its sole discretion, on a case by case basis. Generally, a waiver of the cancellation fee will only be granted in the case of emergencies such as inclement weather.
  • What happens if the weather is bad?
    We understand that weather conditions can make it difficult to keep scheduled appointments. LaChic Aesthetics will waive late cancellation charges in the event of inclement weather, which will be assessed by the official cancellation of Chicago Public Schools. We recommend rescheduling for a later date at the time of cancellation.
